Bill is a Director of Acquisitions at Everest Healthcare Properties. He has 25 years of experience working with both institutional and private real estate investors and managers.

Bill has transactional experience that includes acquisitions, asset management, investment strategy and finance. He has sourced, underwritten and managed investments across multiple asset types in Los Angeles, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Phoenix, Philadelphia, New York, and Maryland. Most notably, he sourced and coordinated the acquisition and closing of $500m of assets for several Behringer Harvard investment funds. At Crescent Real Estate Equities, a publicly traded REIT, he underwrote and coordinated the closing of $1.8bn in real estate investments.

Bill holds a BS degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
