David is an Associate of Asset Management at Everest Healthcare Properties. He is responsible for supporting the team with various asset management analyses and reporting tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis, and general asset management interaction with third parties.

Prior to Everest, David worked at Altus Group, a leading commercial real estate advisory firm, in their Research, Valuation and Advisory department. He was part of a valuation management team that oversaw quarterly valuations for five institutional real estate firms with $45BN+ in total combined AUM.

David holds a BSBA degree in Finance from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
