Dean is an Associate Director of Asset Management at Everest Healthcare Properties. He oversees cash management, financial modeling, investor reporting and property management of multiple MOB portfolios.

Prior to Everest, Dean managed a 400,000 square feet commercial and retail portfolio at the Bozzuto Group, one of the largest mixed-use real estate management companies in the US with over 80,000 residential units and 3 million square feet of retail and commercial space under management. His responsibilities included operational and financial management of over 25 buildings and 90+ retail and commercial tenants.

Prior to Bozzuto, Dean was an Assistant Property Manager at Vornado Realty Trust where he oversaw day to day operations of a retail and commercial portfolio in New York City.

Dean holds an Economics bachelor's degree from Tufts University and is an MSRE candidate at Fordham University.
