Federico is CEO, President & Board Member of Everest Healthcare Properties, an institutional healthcare real estate asset manager with properties across the U.S. He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee & Management Committee with overall responsibility for strategy, origination, capital raising, portfolio management & operations.

In addition, Federico is a Managing Director at Fosun Group (ticker 656:HK), leading acquisitions and asset management of healthcare real estate assets and operators. Fosun is a global principal investor with $121BN AUM, listed in Hong Kong. He is also President & Board member of a $120M+ medical office building joint venture involving three global multibillion-dollar insurance companies. Federico has $3BN in closed real estate transactions and brings over 20 years of real estate investment, corporate M&A, general management and team-building experience in North America, Europe & Latin America.

Federico joined Fosun from Welltower (NYSE:WELL), the largest healthcare REIT in the world with $50BN+ AUM. There, he led a team responsible for acquisitions and development of medical office buildings and seniors housing assets, as well as asset management and M&A. Federico was responsible for a $6BN seniors housing portfolio with 160 buildings and 12,000 units across 23 states in the U.S., U.K. & Canada. Most notably, he led the acquisition and development of a prime $300M seniors housing facility in Manhattan in JV with Hines and managed by best-in-class operator, Sunrise Senior Living.

Federico began transacting in the U.S. & European real estate and healthcare markets in 2001 while based in London with Deutsche Bank (DBK:GR) & Barclays (BARC:LN). He is an Industrial Engineer, holds an MBA from Wharton with a major in finance, is a member of the Wharton Club of NY, and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese & English.
