Jason is the CFO of Everest Healthcare Properties. He manages the overall financial and business operation of the company.

Jason brought with him over twenty years of accounting, commercial real estate and private equity experience. Before joining Everest, he was the CFO of Novel Property Ventures. Prior to that, he held various management positions in high profile professional organizations, such as Hudson Realty Capital, SS&C GlobeOp and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked on multiple IPO and 144A private placement transactions. Jason also served as the CFO Advisor at Jonathan Rose Companies, where he reported to the Management Committee on various firm-wide strategic initiatives.

Jason holds a BS degree in Accounting from State University of New York at New Paltz and a CPA license in the State of New York. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New York State Society of Cetified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).
