KENT Leung

Kent is a member of the Advisory Board of Everest Healthcare Properties. He provides advice to the firm regarding potential investment opportunities, M&A transactions and industry relationships in the medical office buildings and seniors housing sectors, as well as partnerships, capital markets and high-level strategic matters.

Previously, Kent was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley’s Global Real Estate Group, covering REITs and public & private institutional clients across the major real estate asset classes with an emphasis on the healthcare sector. Over the course of nearly ten years at Morgan Stanley, Kent advised on and led the execution of numerous strategic transactions totaling over $100 billion in publicly announced value. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Kent was an investment banker at Citi’s Global Real Estate & Lodging Group.

Kent holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.Sc. in applied mathematics & computer engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.
