Liuqing is a Director of Acquisitions at Everest Healthcare Properties. He focuses on sourcing, underwriting and capital raising for healthcare real estate assets and operators, as well as assisting with asset management.

Prior to Everest, Liuqing spent five years at Novel Property Ventures and Sterling Town Equities in NYC where he underwrote over 1,000 real estate opportunities, and closed and managed over $700m mostly in the multifamily sector.

Liuqing holds an MS degree in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and is a CFA Level III Candidate.
