Rahul is the Director of Asset Management & Leasing at Everest Healthcare Properties. He has over ten years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, leasing and accounting.

Prior to Everest, Rahul was the Senior Portfolio Manager for the medical office building portfolio of Welltower, a $40bn publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for increasing platform NOI by focusing on leasing, portfolio strategy, business process efficiency and reporting. He was also the Asset Manager for a portfolio of 60 buildings comprising of 3m SF, and interim Director of FP&A for the medical office portfolio responsible for platform reporting. Prior to Welltower, Rahul was an Asset Management Analyst at Ventas/Lillibridge, a $30bn publicly traded REIT, where he was responsible for the analysis, approval, negotiations and reporting of all leasing transactions for the medical office portfolio.

Rahul holds a Master of Accountancy and BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a CPA designation.
