Teresa is Vice President of Asset Management at Everest Healthcare Properties. She brings 25 years of experience in joint ventures, private equity funds, commercial real estate development and real estate asset management.

Prior to Everest, Teresa served 18 years with Adler Group in a progressive capacity as Real Estate Services Controller, Acquisitions Transition Manager and Portfolio Asset Manager. She participated in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of over $1.5bn of commercial properties through three investment cycles.

Following Adler Group she provided acquisitions and asset management consulting services to real estate developers, owner-operators and private equity funds involving over $200m of assets.

Teresa holds a BA degree from Miami Dade College and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).
